Barbados Carnival, also referred to as Crop Over Competition, is an annual competition held in Barbados to have fun the tip of the sugar cane harvest. The 2025 competition is predicted to happen from July twenty fourth to August seventh.
The competition is a vibrant and colourful celebration of Barbadian tradition, that includes music, dance, and meals. The competition has its roots within the 18th century, when enslaved Africans have been allowed to have fun their tradition in the course of the Crop Over competition. At the moment, the competition is a nationwide vacation and probably the most widespread vacationer sights in Barbados.
