The  W/vol  %  of the solute   is  3.64 %

Explanation:

The %  W/Vol  =   mass  of  magnesium nitrate/ final volume  x100

mass  of magnesium nitrate = 17.3 g

final  volume  =  475  Ml

therefore  the % w/V=  17.3  /475 x100 = 3.64 %
