It can prevent osteoporosis include:

     -having adequate food;
    - taking sun;
     -in exercising;
     -by having a proper lifestyle.

It is essential to have an adequate intake of calcium to protect against osteoporosis. (Vegetable, dry fruit, dairy ...)

Physical activity is the key point of prevention of osteoporosis. In fact, regular physical activity will act directly on bone mineral density. (Walking, running, gymnastics, aerobics, step ...)
