Answer: step 3 is wrong and the correct answer is -1/3<x (imagine the line under what ever you call the side v)

4-6x>-15x+1

minus one over to the other side

3-6x>-15x

add the 6x over

3>-9x

divde

by -9 and flip the side v the other way. Anytime you mulitpluy or divide by a negative number.
