If you want to estimate π, the answer would be:
-t/4=-3(3.14)
-t=-9.42*4
-t=37.68
t=-37.68

Otherwise, the answer is 12π

we have

[tex]-\frac{t}{4} =-3\pi[/tex]

solve for t

Multiply by [tex]-4[/tex] both sides

[tex]-\frac{t}{4}*(-4) =-3\pi*(-4)[/tex]

[tex]t=12\pi[/tex]

therefore

the answer is

[tex]t=12\pi[/tex]
