Well we know the equation for the circumference of a circle is C=3.14d
Since the diameter is 2x the radius, we can find d which is 6 feet (3x2)

Now we can sub in the value into the equation.

C=3.14x6
  =18.84
We can round this answer to 19 so the answer would be C- 19 feet

Circumference of circle = 2πr
2 * 3.14 * 3 = 18.84 feet
By rounding-off it will be 19 feet

So, OPTION C IS YOUR ANSWER!!!
