answer = 9

because if the number in the tenths place (0.1) is less than 5 then the number in ones place will remain the same!

when rounding you want to look to the right of the decimal point and check the number. if the number is below 5 then the number stays the same and it doesnt change...if the number is 5 or greater you round the whole number up one. hope thay helped!
