Answer:  b = -20

Step-by-step explanation:  I have difficulty reading the table of values of (x,y).  I picked just the first (10, -120) to calculate b.

y = -10x + b

-120 = -10(10) + b

b = -20

That should work for all the points:

(20, -220) :  -220 = -10(20)-20 - Yes, etc.

But the values towards the end of the table don't makes sense/don't work.  (0, -2)????
