Expand the binomials.

[tex](x+y)^2 - (x-y)^2 = (x^2 + 2xy + y^2) - (x^2 - 2xy + y^2) = 4xy[/tex]

Now let [tex]x=1[/tex] and [tex]y=\sin(A)[/tex].
