We have a function and we have to evaluate it for x=0.

We can do it by replacing x with 0 in the equation:

[tex]\begin{gathered} f(x)=2x+3 \\ f(0)=2(0)+3=0+3=3 \end{gathered}[/tex]

Answer: f(0) = 3
