The equations developed;

Making sinJ the subject;

[tex]\begin{gathered} sinJ=\frac{12sin102}{15} \\ sinJ=0.7825 \\ J=51.49^o \end{gathered}[/tex]

Thus, the angle is 51.5 degrees.
