In one mile there is 5280 foot, or

[tex]1\text{ miles per hour =5280 foot per hour}[/tex]

Determine rate of travell in terms of foot per hour.

[tex]\begin{gathered} 65\text{ miles per hour=5280}\times65\text{ foot per hour} \\ =343200\text{ foot per hour} \end{gathered}[/tex]

So, Sue drives at the rate of 343200 foot per hour.
