Multiply both sides by -1. This will flip the inequality sign.

We go from -c > 4 to c < -4

Draw a number line. Numbers to the left of -4 are solutions. So that includes things like -5, -6, -7, -8, and so on. The value -4 is not a solution since c < -4 would update to -4 < -4 which is false.

Answer: A value that makes the inequality true is c = -5. An equivalent inequality is c < -4
