¾ = 75%
so turn 75% into a decimal by dividing by 100 and get .75
then multiply:
.75x12=9
so ¾ of a dozen is 9 eggs
now multiply:
5x12=60 eggs
so now just add 60+9=69
So Jesse has 69 eggs

Hope this helps!! :D
