temperature
soil/fertilizer
climate 
space given for growth

Some factors are light, temperature, soil type, etc. If you were to change those factors the plant might grow odd, or might nt even grow at all. If you make it to hot, the plant will have a hard time growing. You wan the right air, temp, soil, eniroment, etc.
